Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in large shallow baking dish with wire whisk until well blended.
Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in large skillet on medium heat. Place 3 slices of soaked bread in skillet and cook until browned on both sides and heated through, about 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and bread slices.
Cut each piece of French toast in half diagonally. Layer 6 pieces on each serving plate. Top with 2 tablespoons each whipped butter and drizzle with Spicy Maple Syrup to serve.
