- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1 pound steak (use your favorite cut!)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Steak Seasoning, brown sugar, onion powder and oregano in small bowl until well blended. Rub steak on both sides with seasoning mixture.
- 2 Grill steak over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- 3 Remove steaks from grill. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
