Shaquille O’Neal’s throwin’ it down with this Buttery Grilled Montreal Steak – rubbed with Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning, seared to perfection and slathered with butter for an extra rich and tender finish.

Shaq’s Buttery Grilled Montreal Steak

Ingredients 4 Servings

1 pound steak (use your favorite cut!)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Season steak on both sides with 1 tablespoon of the Steak Seasoning.
2 Mix unsalted butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Seasoning in small saucepan. Place on grill and heat just until butter is melted.
3 Grill steak over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
4 Remove steak from grill and brush with seasoned butter. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
