Smoked vegetables are one of our favorite easy side dishes to toss on the smoker when making your favorite main dish. McCormick® Montreal Chicken Seasoning lends robust flavor to a medley of colorful veggies including corn, squash, bell peppers, red onion and mushrooms. When cooking on the smoker, you're left with a deliciously smoky flavor and a nice char on the veggies that takes them over the top. We love how simple this recipe is — after prepping your smoker, simply slice the veggies, douse in olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning and get to grilling! Serve this vegetable side dish with burgers during a 4th of July cookout, assemble into a roasted veggie sandwich, or enjoy alongside steak or beef tenderloin.
