- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Garden Vegetable Seasoning
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix butter and Seasoning in large bowl. Add sweet potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
- 2 Place sweet potatoes in center of foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
