INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the 7 Spice Shrimp, reserve 3 tablespoons of the Marinade for brushing shrimp during grilling. Place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining Marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes.)
  • 2 Meanwhile, for the Yum Yum Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3 Remove shrimp from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  • 4 Grill skewers over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink, brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve shrimp with Yum Yum Sauce and Asian salad, if desired.
