- 1 pound frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

pickled Serrano peppers
Substitutions available / pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse spinach; drain well. Squeeze out all remaining water by hand.
- 2 Mix cream cheese, peppers, garlic, salt & pepper and heavy whipping cream with spinach in large bowl.
- 3 Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until dish is heated through and bubbly. Serve hot.
