  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 tablespoons Stubb's® Sweet Mustard Rub, divided
  • 6 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, oil and 2 tablespoons of the Rub in small bowl. Set aside. 
  2. Heat smoker to 225°F according to manufacturer’s instructions. Rub pork chops evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons Rub. Place pork chops directly on smoker grate.
  3. Smoke 1 to 2 hours, until internal temperature reaches 145°F, brushing with about half of the glaze halfway through smoking. Remove pork chops from smoker. Let rest 10 minutes. Drizzle with remaining glaze to serve.
