- Mix honey, oil and 2 tablespoons of the Rub in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat smoker to 225°F according to manufacturer’s instructions. Rub pork chops evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons Rub. Place pork chops directly on smoker grate.
- Smoke 1 to 2 hours, until internal temperature reaches 145°F, brushing with about half of the glaze halfway through smoking. Remove pork chops from smoker. Let rest 10 minutes. Drizzle with remaining glaze to serve.
