  1. For the Burgers, mix ground chicken, ground pork, 1/4 cup of the Bar-B-Q Sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), basting with the remaining 1/4 cup Bar-B-Q Sauce during the last minute of cooking. Top each burger with cheese and cook just until melted.
  3. Meanwhile, for the Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges, microwave sweet potatoes on HIGH 7 minutes or until almost tender, turning halfway through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut into wedges.
  4. Grill wedges 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned, brushing with 1/4 cup sauce. Serve burgers on buns topped with bacon, arugula and additional Bar-B-Q Sauce, if desired.
