- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup Stubb's® Whiskey & Peach Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 6 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 1/2 cups arugula
- 6 large hamburger rolls, toasted
- Sweet Potato Wedges
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/4 cup Stubb's® Whiskey & Peach Bar-B-Q Sauce

- For the Burgers, mix ground chicken, ground pork, 1/4 cup of the Bar-B-Q Sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), basting with the remaining 1/4 cup Bar-B-Q Sauce during the last minute of cooking. Top each burger with cheese and cook just until melted.
- Meanwhile, for the Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges, microwave sweet potatoes on HIGH 7 minutes or until almost tender, turning halfway through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut into wedges.
- Grill wedges 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned, brushing with 1/4 cup sauce. Serve burgers on buns topped with bacon, arugula and additional Bar-B-Q Sauce, if desired.
