Instructions
- Remove membrane from back of each rack of ribs. Rub ribs evenly on both sides with Texas All-Purpose Rub.
- Prepare grill for indirect medium-low heat (250°F to 325°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to medium with lid closed. Turn off burner(s) on one side of the grill. Turn burner on the other side to medium-low. Place ribs on unlit side of grill. Close lid.
Oven Directions: Prepare ribs as directed. Place in single layer on foil-lined baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 300°F oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Remove foil and broil 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Serve with your favorite Stubb's® Bar-B-Q sauce, if desired.
