- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 1 stick (8 tablespoon) salted butter
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Warm crusty bread, to serve

- In a large skillet, melt butter on medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant and softened, about 1 minute. Stir in water, Bar-B-Q Sauce, lime juice, and paprika. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook at a low boil (mixture should bubble gently across the entire surface), stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add shrimp and increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink and curl slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shrimp with green onion and serve hot with crusty bread for mopping up the sauce.
