- Heat smoker to 225°F. Toss chicken with seasoning and oil; place in large aluminum roasting pan. Place pan on grill, close lid and smoke for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile for Slaw, mix cabbage, sour cream, pickle juice, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place chicken in large bowl. Shred chicken using two forks. Add Bar-B-Q Sauce, stirring gently to mix well.
- Divide chicken among bun bottoms and top with slaw and top bun. Serve with additional Bar-B-Q Sauce, if desired.
