  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, trimmed (1-inch cubes) Substitutions available
    • rump roast, trimmed (1-inch cubes)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Red Wine Braised Roast Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions

  • Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker.

  • Mix Seasoning Mix, water and tomato paste until well blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover.

  • Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.
