  1. Place 1 tablespoon of the Finishing Sugar in shallow dish. Moisten rims of 4 (8 ounce) glasses with orange wedges. Dip glasses in Finishing Sugar to coat rim. Fill glasses with ice. Set aside.
  2. Mix orange juice, remaining 1 tablespoon Finishing Sugar, and lemon juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled. Strain into prepared glasses. Top with ginger beer and serve immediately, garnished with orange wheels.

Test Kitchen Tips:

  • For a cocktail version, finish with prosecco instead of ginger beer.
  • Sprinkle orange wheels with additional Finishing Sugar to garnish, for an extra hit of sweet, spiced orange flavor.
