bone-in lamb loin or blade chops, trimmed
1 Mix Marinade Mix, oil, lime juice and garlic in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing. Place lamb chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3 Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Serve lamb chops with Mint Pesto, if desired.
