Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mexican-style corn
- 1/2 cup red and green bell pepper
- 1 (6 1/2 to 8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine corn, peppers, corn muffin mix, sour cream, butter, egg and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Pour mixture into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- 2 BAKE 40 minutes until mixture is set. Top with cheese and remaining onions and bake 5 minutes until onions are golden. Garnish with red pepper and parsley, if desired.
