  1. For the Vinaigrette, stir all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. To assemble salad, place 1 cup of mixed greens on each serving plate. Top with apples, pecans, cranberries and goat cheese. Drizzle with Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette and sprinkle with Red Peppers to serve.
