- 2 pounds beef stew cubes
- 1 1/2 cups cut-up potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cut-up carrots
- 1 cup cut-up onion

Instructions
- Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker.
- Stir in sauce. Mix to coat well. Cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.
Electric Pressure Cooker Method: Place sauce in pot of electric pressure cooker. Add beef and vegetables; stirring to coat. Cover and lock lid into place. Set to cook 30 minutes on high pressure. Vent pot and release pressure before opening and carefully remove lid. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.) Stir before serving.
