Instructions
- For the salmon, brush salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Season evenly with basil, oregano, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper, pressing to adhere.
- Heat a skillet on high heat and add remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side, remove from heat, and set aside.
- For the Spinach, heat oil in separate skillet on medium heat. Add spinach, garlic paste, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
- For the Creamy Mustard Sauce, heat a small saucepan on medium heat. Add the butter, white wine, and garlic paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the liquid begins to cook down. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and add the sea salt, black pepper, and French's Dijon Mustard. Stir until the sauce begins to thicken, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- To serve, place salmon and spinach on a plate and drizzle the creamy mustard sauce over top.
