1PLACE chicken into resealable plastic bag. Whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour 2/3 cup dressing over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 min. up to 3 hours. Reserve remaining dressing.
2GRILL or broil chicken for 15 min. until no longer pink in center. Cut chicken into diagonal slices.
3ARRANGE chicken over salad greens and serve with reserved dressing.
