Make your own homemade Mojo Criollo Marinade! A staple in Cuban cooking, this easy marinade infuses savory garlic and citrus flavors into meat with a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients 20 (1-tablespoon) Servings
- 1 Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
- 2 Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, beef and seafood. (Makes 1 1/4 cup marinade.)
- 3 Cooking Tip: Place Mojo Criollo Marinade and 2 pounds of meat in large resealable plastic bag. Massage marinade into meat, turning to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for more flavor. Remove meat from bag and discard any remaining marinade. Cook meat on hot plancha or on preheated grill until cooked through.
