Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce, beans and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Drop small spoonfuls of batter over meat mixture. Cover. Cook on low heat 15 minutes or until corn bread is cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Cover. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
Tasty, easy, and quick. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. The cornbread stuck to the pan lid a bit. Next time will spray lid with nonstick spray first. A definite keeper!

I tried this recipe twice, but with my own cornbread recipe. The recipe was the right serving size, so it should have been fine. Unfortunately not, because the cornbread would not cook on top, but would sink into the meat. I even baked it in the oven hoping it would help, but did not. The meat part was very tasty, but that's all.
