INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Reserve 2 tablespoons Marinade; set aside. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining Marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade.
  • 2 Grill corn over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes turning occasionally until lightly charred. Remove from grill and cool slightly. Cut kernels off cobs. Place corn, black beans, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice and reserved Marinade in medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Set aside until ready to serve.
  • 3 Meanwhile, grill pork over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally. Serve with Grilled Corn and Black Bean Salad.
