Ingredients 8 Servings

  • Peach and Watermelon Salsa
  • 1 cup chopped peeled peaches substitution Substitutions available
    • chopped peeled necktarines
  • 1 cup chopped seeded watermelon
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • Mojito Lime Steak
  • 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade Mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Peach and Watermelon Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Meanwhile, for the steak, mix Marinade Mix, oil, lime juice and honey in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
  • 3 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  • 4 Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Slice steak and serve with Peach and Watermelon Salsa.
