1Quarter each beef frank by cutting in half lengthwise and then again crosswise. Set aside.
2Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Layer the unbuttered side of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of cheese, 1 quartered beef frank and another slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices with the buttered side up.
3Grill sandwiches over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
