Ingredients 6 Servings
- 1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Smoked Sausage
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 slices crisply cooked bacon
- 6 long potato rolls
- 1 Grill sausages as directed on package.
- 2 Toss onions and peppers with oil. Cook in skillet on stove top or in foil packet on grill until tender-crisp.
- 3 Place bacon in rolls. Top with sausages, onions and peppers mixture and barbecue sauce, if desired.
