  • 1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Smoked Sausage
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 slices crisply cooked bacon
  • 6 long potato rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Grill sausages as directed on package.
  • 2 Toss onions and peppers with oil. Cook in skillet on stove top or in foil packet on grill until tender-crisp.
  • 3 Place bacon in rolls. Top with sausages, onions and peppers mixture and barbecue sauce, if desired.
