INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MELT butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2 WHISK in flour and cook for a minute or two until golden.
  • 3 SLOWLY pour beer in while whisking constantly so the mixture slightly thickens. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • 4 REDUCE the heat to low and stir in the cheese and Mustard until melted. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve with Jalapeño Pretzel Dogs.
