Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounce beer
- 12 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MELT butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 WHISK in flour and cook for a minute or two until golden.
- 3 SLOWLY pour beer in while whisking constantly so the mixture slightly thickens. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
- 4 REDUCE the heat to low and stir in the cheese and Mustard until melted. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve with Jalapeño Pretzel Dogs.
