  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 8 ounce beer
  • 12 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon French's Dijon Mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • MELT butter in small saucepan over medium heat.

  • WHISK in flour and cook for a minute or two until golden.

  • SLOWLY pour beer in while whisking constantly so the mixture slightly thickens. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.

  • REDUCE the heat to low and stir in the cheese and Mustard until melted. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve with Jalapeño Pretzel Dogs.
