- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Maple Mustard, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl until well blended. Mix butter and panko in separate small bowl; set aside.
- Place salmon on large parchment-lined baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with salt. Brush tops of fillets with 2 tablespoons of the mustard mixture. Sprinkle tops evenly with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Roast salmon 18 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with remaining mustard mixture to serve.
