- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package. Transfer hot potatoes to large bowl. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and bacon. Spoon mixture into 2-quart or 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix Crispy Fried Onion Coating Mix with melted butter in small bowl until well blended. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and topping is lightly browned.
