- Spread a generous 1 tablespoon Maple Mustard evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice. Layer 2 slices of the bread with 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Top each with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut, then divide pastrami evenly and place on top. Layer with remaining cheese slices and bread. Spread butter onto top and bottom of sandwich.
- Heat griddle or nonstick skillet on medium. Toast sandwiches 4 to 6 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melty. Cut in half to serve.
