Key products

  1. For Pigs in a Blanket, preheat oven to 375°F. Brush the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. Grease the outside of a 3 to 4-inch ramekin. Place in center of springform pan (this will make room for the base of your cheese fountain).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining melted butter with honey mustard, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Unroll each sheet and pinch the perforated edges together to form solid sheets of dough. Using a pizza cutter, slice each sheet of dough into 16 small rectangles (cut lengthwise and crosswise). You’ll end up with 32 strips total.
  4. Pat each cocktail frank dry with a napkin (this helps the dough stick better). Then wrap each frank in the rectangular crescent dough pieces.
  5. Place the wrapped franks vertically around the ramekin, adding more until you reach the outer edge of the spring form pan, placing them evenly.
  6. Brush the tops of the wrapped franks with the remaining mustard butter mixture. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or until the dough reaches a nice golden brown.
  7. While the pigs in a blanket are baking, mix cheese and corn flour in large bowl until well mixed. Set aside.
  8. Mix milk and minced garlic in large saucepan. Heat on medium and bring to simmer. Reduce heat to low and add cheese very gradually, stirring after each addition until smooth. Repeat this process until all the cheese has been added. Once melted, stir in white pepper, paprika, and salt to taste. Stir in lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
  9. Once done baking let pigs in a blanket cool for 10 minutes. Remove the center ramekin first. Next, remove the ring of the springform pan. Lift the base of the pan and use a spatula to slide the party ring onto your serving tray. Place the fountain in the middle of ring.
  10. Slowly pour cheese into fountain base - it should be a thinner consistency to easily flow through the machine, so it does not get clogged. Serve immediately.

 * If you don’t want to use a fountain, reduce milk to 1 1/4 cups milk for dipping fondue
