Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream or nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 tablespoon French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; process until well blended. Cover; chill in refrigerator.
- 2 Serve over mixed salad greens.
