Ingredients

  • 2 pounds vegetables cut into bite-size strips or chunks
  • 2 cups Regular Fish-Fri
  • 2 tablespoons Zesty Lemon & Pepper Wings Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 each eggs

  1. Mix Fish Fri and Zesty Lemon and Pepper Seasoning in bowl. Whisk milk and egg in separate bowl.
  2. Add vegetables to milk mixture; toss to coat. Shake off excess and transfer to bowl with Fish Fri; toss to coat well. Remove and shake off excess.
  3. Set fryer to 350°F. For each serving, fry 1/2 pound coated vegetables 3 to 5 minutes until browned and crispy, and vegetables are tender. Drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce or a zesty remoulade for dipping.
