A spicy burger build with a Sriracha Asian slaw and crispy fried onions.

Ingredients

  • Spicy Asian Sriracha Slaw
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar seasoned
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds, Black
  • 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • Burger
  • 4 each burger buns
  • 4 each burger patties, 6 oz
  • 4 slices tomato

  • 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions
  • 4 teaspoons Sriracha Chili Sauce

Spicy Asian Sriracha Slaw

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, vinegar and sesame seeds until well mixed.
  2. Add shredded cabbages and carrots, toss until sauce is evenly distributed. Refrigerate until service.

Service

  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill burger patty to desired doneness. Toast bun.
  2. Place patty on base of bun. Top with 1 tomato slice, 1/4 cup Sriracha Slaw, and 1/4 cup crispy fried onions. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of sriracha chili sauce and finish with crown of bun. Serve hot.
