Sichuan Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/4 cup hot chili in oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 1/2 cups cashews, roasted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crystalized ginger, chopped
  • 1 cup scallions, chopped
