  • 2 cups fryer oil very warm, approximately 200°f
  • 1/2 cup Nashville Hot Seasoning
  • 4 pounds chicken wings par-cooked
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 24 each celery sticks

  1. In a bowl, combine fryer oil and Frank's RedHot Nashville Hot Seasoning. Hold hot for service. Whisk well before each order to ensure consistency.

Service
