Tender cauliflower florets roasted to spicy, savory perfection served with a bright and garlicy lemon aioli.
Ingredients
- Roasted Garlic Citrus Aioli
- 2 each heads garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Shaker Grind
- Roasted Cauliflower
- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 1/2 teaspoons Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Paprika, Smoked
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Shaker Grind

Instructions
Roasted Garlic Citrus Aioli
- Heat oven to 400°F. Cut top of garlic head off, exposing the bulbs. Place on piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap garlic with foil and roast 35 to 40 minutes or until the tender.
- Once cooled, squeeze garlic cloves out of peel into bowl of food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Pulse until well blended and smooth. Hold for service.
Roasted Cauliflower
- Heat oven to 425°F and line sheet pan with parchment. In a large bowl, drizzle cauliflower florets with olive oil and sprinkle with Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic Seasoning, paprika, salt and black pepper. Toss to coat well.
- Roast cauliflower 15 to 20 minutes or until cauliflower reaches desired crispiness. Serve warm with a side of Roasted Garlic Citrus Aioli.
