  • 16 slices bacon hickory smoked, thick cut
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cowboy Rub
  • 1/4 cup Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

  1. Preheat a convection oven to 350 ͦF. Combine sugar and rub.
  2. Lay bacon out on a wire rack over a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Lightly sprinkle bacon with sugar and rub and bake foe an additional 7 minutes.
  4. Combine BBQ sauce, vinegar and water. Brush over bacon and bake until bacon is done and nicely caramelized, about 4-5 minutes.
