Ingredients
- Fresh Guacamole
- 2 each avocados. 1/4-inch dice
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- Avocado Toast
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 8 each eggs, any style
- 4 each lime wedges
- 4 each cilantro sprigs

Instructions
Prep
- In a bowl, combine avocado, McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More Seasoning Mix, and lime juice. Mix well, mashing avocado to desired consistency. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
- Set salamander to medium-high. For each serving, toast both sides of bread. Cut bread diagonally, plate and spread with 2 tablespoons guacamole on each half of toast.
- Cook 2 eggs any style to order. Cover each half slice of bread and guacamole with 1 cooked egg.
- Garnish with a cilantro sprig and lime wedge.
- Serve hot.
