- Asian Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- 1 3/4 cups Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons pineapple, 1/2-inch dice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Asian BBQ Pizza
- 4 each pizza crust, 12-inch, par-baked

- 4 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pound chicken breast, grilled, 1-inch, dice
- 3 cups red onion, julienne
- 2 cups pineapple, 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Asian Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- In a food processor combine BBQ sauce, ginger, pineapple, and soy sauce. Blend until smooth. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
- Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 pizza crust with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving 1/2" boarder along edge.
- Cover with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces chicken, 3/4 cup onions, 1/2 cup pineapples, and 2 tablespoons peanuts.
- Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
- Cut as desired and garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve hot.
