  • 1 3/4 cups Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic® BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Asian BBQ Pizza
  • 4 each pizza crust, 12-inch, par-baked
  • 2 cups Asian Pineapple BBQ Sauce
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound chicken breast, grilled, 1-inch dice
  • 3 cups red onion, julienne
  • 2 cups pineapple, 1/2-inch dice
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Asian Pineapple BBQ Sauce

  1. In a food processor combine BBQ sauce, ginger, pineapple, and soy sauce. Blend until smooth. Hold refrigerated for service.

Service

  1. Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 pizza crust with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving 1/2" border along edge.
  2. Cover with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces chicken, 3/4 cup onions, 1/2 cup pineapples, and 2 tablespoons peanuts.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  4. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve hot.
