- 4 each burger patty portions, 6 oz
- 4 teaspoons Hamburger Seasoning
- 4 slices american cheese
- 4 each burger bun
- 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 4 teaspoons Classic Yellow Mustard
- 8 slices bacon cooked
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 12 slices tomato

Service
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning. Grill until desired doneness, just before finishing add a slice of American cheese to melt. Toast bun.
- Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup and 1 teaspoon mustard on heel of bun. Place burger patty on top and add 2 slices bacon. Finish with 1 leaf of lettuce and 3 slices of tomato and top with crown of bun. Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard.
