Italian Sausage & Pepper Sauce:Brown 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, crumbled, and 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced, in large skillet. Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato paste. Continue as directed. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Garden Pasta Sauce: Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 each bell pepper and onion, thinly sliced, and 1 cup sliced mushrooms. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato paste. Continue as directed. Makes 4 cups.
