Quick & Easy Beef Stew: Use 2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes. Coat beef with flour and brown as above. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and 5 cups frozen vegetables for stew. Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2 tsp. dry mix (5g); Seasons 1 cup stew
I use a can of cannellini beans instead of potatoes and I use 1/2 red wine 1/2 water. So good!

I love to make stew all day on a fall Saturday. I usually use two packages and double the liquid and veggies to a single portion of meat. Cut up potatoes, baby carrots, a can of sweet corn and a can of green beans make this a little more to my liking. Great flavor - the longer it cooks, the better.

I love this mix! I sometimes add a couple of the brown gravy mix to it to give it a thicker gravy. It adds great flavor to it too!
