  • 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup good morning blueberry ginger breakfast topper

Instructions

  • Process dates and cashew butter in food processor until mixture resembles wet sand. Add cashews; process until pureed. Transfer mixture to medium bowl.

  • Stir in Breakfast Toppers until well blended. Roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

  • Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute other nut butters, such as peanut, macadamia or sunflower, for the cashew butter.
