These bite-sized corn dogs are made for snacking. Bake McCormick® Grill Mates® Classic Beef Franks into a cheesy cornbread muffin batter and serve ‘em up as an easy appetizer at your next backyard barbecue.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 48 mini muffin cups with no stick cooking spray or line with aluminum baking cups. Set aside.
Cut each beef frank into 6 (1-inch) pieces. Set aside. Mix corn muffin mix, sour cream, cheese, milk and egg in medium bowl with a fork until blended. Spoon one tablespoon batter into each muffin cup. Gently press 1 piece of beef frank into center of batter. Repeat with remaining beef frank pieces.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into muffin comes out clean and tops are golden brown. Let cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.
