Ready-to-eat polenta makes for an impressive grilled appetizer. Top with charred tomatoes tossed in savory Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Finish with creamy goat cheese for the perfect blend of warm and cool.
Grill tomatoes over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly charred, turning occasionally. Coarsely chop tomatoes. Mix tomatoes and Seasoning in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
Grill polenta over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Place a heaping teaspoon of cheese on each slice of polenta. Top with tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
