Mix Marinade mix, vinegar and oil in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade mixture.
Place chicken wings in large resealable plastic bag; add remaining marinade. Turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer. Remove chicken from marinade; discard any remaining marinade.
Grill wings over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Mix reserved 2 tablespoons marinade and orange marmalade in large bowl. Add grilled wings; toss to coat.
