GREEK STYLE GYRO WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE_x000D_Prep Time: 5 minutes_x000D_Makes 6 (1/2-pita) servings_x000D_Cook Time: 10 minutes_x000D_YOU WILL NEED: 1 pkg McCormick Greek Style Gyro with Tzatziki Sauce Seasoning & Sauce Mixes, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, 2 tbsp oil, 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips, 2 tbsp water, 3 (8-inch) pita breads, halved, assorted toppings: chopped tomatoes & cucumbers, feta cheese, red onion, olives, and shredded lettuce._x000D_DIRECTIONS: 1. Cut open pouch #1 for tzatziki sauce mix. Pour contents into bowl. Add yogurt and stir until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Cut open pouch #2 for gyro seasoning mix. Stir into skillet with chicken. Add water. Reduce heat to low. 3. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until chicken is evenly coated and cooked through, stirring frequently.
