To Prepare McCormick Filipino Style Adobo Chicken Seasoning Mix: Mix Seasoning Mix, 2/3 cup water, and 1 tbsp soy sauce in small bowl. Set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lbs); cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add sauce mixture. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. chopped green onions. Serve over cooked rice, if desired. Makes 5 servings.
