- Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, just until potatoes are fork tender. Drain well. Cool completely.
- Mix Marinade Mix, oil and water in large resealable plastic bag. Place potatoes in bag, turning to coat. Marinate 15 minutes. Remove potatoes from marinade, reserving any remaining marinade mixture. Place potatoes in grill pan.
- Grill potatoes over medium heat 10 minutes or until heated through and golden brown, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
- Place potatoes in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, celery and onion until well blended.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- No vegetable grilling pan? No problem. Seal potatoes in a foil pouch and grill until heated through and lightly browned.
- For larger potatoes, cut into about 1-inch cubes and prepare as directed.
